Order in the electronic store www.viking-t.com of “Viking-T” OOD

From the online store www.viking-t.com you can buy work clothes, safety shoes and personal protective equipment and accessories by registering in the “Customer Login” section.

All customers of the store who have completed at least one order have a user profile. The user profile is created automatically when ordering and can be accessed at any time. Here you can track the status of your active orders.

By using your user account, you will not have to enter your details every time you want to order one of our products.

Alternatively, you could collect products in your basket and directly upon purchase (after pressing the “Continue” button) proceed to registration. Once registered, you can log into your account on your behalf via Customer Login, add and make changes to your shipping address information, personal details, invoice details, etc.

You can place orders in the Viking-T OOD online store in the following way:

Select a product from the relevant group by clicking on it. You see a detailed description and photos of the item. Depending on availability and model, you can choose color, size or other existing features.

The price of the item is indicated in Bulgarian leva with VAT included. In “Delivery” you can see the price list of courier company “SPEEDY”.

You can see the selected items in your cart. With the “X” Button you can remove items from the cart. If you want to increase or decrease the number of items ordered, you can do so in the specified column. When you are done shopping, press the “Order” button.

If you have not registered, you will need to go through a short registration.

Step 1: Specify delivery address and invoicing data (if necessary). Then you need to specify your preferred payment method.

Step 2: Review the information entered and review the order. If a correction needs to be made, you can do so by selecting Edit. In case you don’t want to make any changes and want to claim the order, you need to press “Order”.

By pressing the “Order” button, your order has been accepted by the system of “Viking-T” OOD and you will receive information about the status of the order on the e-mail specified by you. An operator of “Viking-T” Ltd. will contact you between 08:00 and 17:00 on days from Monday to Friday to specify details (if necessary) and final confirmation of the order and method of payment. Since the delivery price varies according to the weight of the shipment, our operator will let you know how much the service will cost. The delivery term is 5 working days from the day following the acceptance of an order with cash on delivery or payment by bank transfer.
