METHOD OF DELIVERY
Deliveries on the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria of goods purchased through the online store www.viking-t.com are made by courier company “SPIDI” AD. https://www.speedy.bg/calculate/ SERVICE: STANDARD 24 HOURS.
Goods purchased through online store www.viking-t.com are delivered by the following methods:
- Delivery to the office of a courier company indicated by you.
- Delivery to an address in the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria indicated by you.
DELIVERY PRICES
The price of delivery of the ordered goods depends on the geographical location of the delivery address indicated by the CUSTOMER, as well as on the total weight and volume of the goods ordered for purchase.
The cost of delivery is automatically calculated according to fixed rates of courier companies and paid to the courier at the time of delivery. Please keep the receipt issued by the courier because you will need it in case you decide to return the purchased goods for any reason.
The customer receives free delivery on orders over 100.00 BGN, nationwide!
DELIVERY TIME
Deliveries to an address within the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria are made within 1 to 7 working days from the date of receipt of the order by the CUSTOMER to the MERCHANT via the website www.viking-t.com.
If the CUSTOMER has opted for payment by bank transfer, this period shall start from the date on which the total price of the goods is paid into the MERCHANT’s bank account.
It is possible to extend the delivery period during holidays and/or weekends, promotions, discounts, but for no more than 30 working days from receipt of the order.
If the product is not available, you will be notified additionally by us of the exact delivery date.
Viking-T Ltd shall not be liable for any delay in delivery due to circumstances beyond our control, such as force majeure events, delay due to the fault of the courier making the delivery, etc.
Deliveries are subject to the working hours of courier companies and are not made on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.
RECEIPT OF ORDER
- The goods are handed over to the customer or to a third party who accepts and confirms receipt of the same on behalf of the customer. Upon delivery of the goods, the customer or the third party shall sign the accompanying documents.
- In the event that the customer is not found within the delivery period at the address indicated by him or is not provided with access and the opportunity to deliver the goods within this period, or does not receive the goods from the office of the courier indicated by him, Viking-T Ltd. shall be released from its obligation to deliver the goods ordered. The Customer may confirm his/her wish to receive the goods after the expiry of the delivery period in which he/she was not found at the address, and shall bear any additional delivery costs. In this case, a new delivery period starts from the moment of the confirmation of redelivery.
- Upon receipt of the parcel, the customer shall open, examine and test carefully the contents of the parcel for conformity of the goods sent with the order placed.
- By signing the receipt, the customer confirms that he/she has received the goods in the form, quantity and quality that corresponds to the order in the online store www.viking-t.com.
- In the event of any shortages, visible damage or defects of the goods, the customer should contact the courier, who is obliged to draw up a report of shortages, damage, defects or discrepancies of the delivered goods.
- Upon acceptance of delivery “without remark” any subsequent claims by the customer for quantitative or apparent qualitative damage, damage or non-conformity of the goods will not be satisfied.
- Claims for missing or damaged goods will only be accepted where the goods have been examined on receipt, in the presence of the courier, and a report of claim, shortage or damage has been made.
METHOD OF PAYMENT
The price of ordered goods can be paid in the following three ways :
- By virtual POS terminal – upon completion of the order, you can pay by credit or debit card, directly through our website. When paying by card, the processing and shipping of the order is extended by 1 day until we see the payment in the account.
- Postal money order – payment is made in cash, upon receipt of the goods, directly to the courier. If the CUSTOMER has chosen to collect their goods from the courier company’s office, payment is made at the chosen office. The courier issues a document for the amount paid and by signing the documents accompanying the goods, the delivery is considered to have been made and the order fulfilled “without remarks”;
- By bank transfer, account in BGN – the payment is made by bank transfer, based on a pro forma invoice issued and sent by email to the CUSTOMER, with the number and date of the order recorded in the reason for payment:
