Cancellation, return, exchange
1. REFUSAL
You have the right to cancel the purchased goods within 30 (thirty) days without giving any reason. The cancellation deadline is fourteen days from the date you or a third party appointed by you (other than the carrier) received the goods. To exercise your right of cancellation, you must notify us in writing, by email or fax of your decision to cancel your purchase contract by emailing us at: info@viking-t.com or faxing us at. 032/632933.
You must send us your bank details so that we can make a bank transfer for your refund!
IMPORTANT! Refunds on refused or returned orders are made by bank transfer only!
To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient to send us a message that the right to cancel is being exercised, before the end of the cancellation period.
Exceptions to the right of cancellation: The right of cancellation does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods which have not been pre-manufactured and for the manufacture of which the individual requirements or specification of the consumer is decisive, or which are clearly tailored and made to the consumer’s personal requirements (e.g. emblem, embroidery, company signs, screen printing, etc.), as well as to contracts for the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons if their packaging
Consequences of cancellation: If you validly cancel the contract, we will refund to you without undue delay the payments we have received from you and no later than fourteen days from the date on which we receive notice of cancellation of this contract, using the same means of payment as you have used. We may make a refund once the contract goods have been returned to us. You must return the goods to Viking-T Ltd, at. Okolovrasten pat, Gerena area 268, Viking-T Ltd., Markovo Industrial Park, r. +359 889350650 by courier or in person without undue delay and in any case no later than fourteen days from the date on which you notified us of the cancellation of this contract. The payment deadline will be enforceable if shipment of the goods is before the end of the fourteen day period. Goods returned by you must be in the merchantable condition in which you received them, not visibly worn, stained or torn. The products must have the original and intact labels, in the original packaging which contains the product code. It is recommended that the shipment also contain a copy of the invoice to more quickly and accurately satisfy your cancellation request.
2. REPLACEMENT
2.1. In the event of a discrepancy between the goods requested for purchase and the goods delivered, which could not be established at the time of delivery, the Customer may request that the goods delivered to him be replaced with goods corresponding to his purchase request within 30 days of receipt. 2.2. If the Customer has received the item requested by the Customer but wishes to exchange it, the Customer must return the item in the original packaging retained, paying the courier service both ways (for the return of the item and for the delivery of a new one).
3. COMPLAINT

In the event of a transport defect, make use of your right of reclamation described below. If you find a manufacturing defect or malfunction that is not due to improper use, please make a claim to our e-mail: eshop@viking-t.com. Each case will be handled individually. You will receive feedback at the e-mail address or telephone number you have provided.
Any goods that are not as requested by the customer are subject to return. In the event of any apparent discrepancy between the goods received and the goods ordered, please contact us immediately on 032 632933; mobile: +359 889350650 or email us at eshop@viking-t.com.
The discrepancy is verified by the name of the product in the order and the name of the product the customer has received. If such an error is detected, the customer returns the product at the expense of VIKING-T Ltd. and the correct one is sent to VIKING-T Ltd. A product for which the customer has been previously warned of a discrepancy or defect shall not be subject to return.
If, upon receipt of the goods, the packaging is damaged or fragmented, the claim will only be accepted in the presence of the courier upon receipt of the goods. A claim is certified by an entry in the consignment note by the consignee, at the time of receipt of the consignment.
If a claim is made within 30 /thirty/ days of purchase, in compliance with all the conditions of the store, as well as all applicable legal provisions, the customer may claim a refund, replacement of the goods with another or a discount on the price of the product purchased. A person who is a third party to the receipt of the shipment and is not the main payer of the shipment is not entitled to claim.
COMPLAINT SERVICE:

After accepting the claim as justified, VIKING-T Ltd. will notify the customer by phone or e-mail and take the following actions to service the claim:
– Sends the customer a new product of the same type at the customer’s own expense in case the same product cannot be secured, offers the option of choosing another product of the same value, in case the same product cannot be secured, VIKING-T Ltd. refunds the customer within the statutory period.
– In case of rejection of the claim, VIKING-T Ltd. shall inform the customer of its opinion at the telephone number or e-mail address indicated by the customer. In case of a request for return of the advertised product, the same shall be sent to the customer in a convenient manner, with the costs of receipt being at the customer’s expense.
If, within 30 (thirty) days after notification of the opinion, the customer does not claim the goods, VIKING-T Ltd. reserves the right to dispose of the goods as it sees fit and shall not owe any amounts, both on the value of the products and the costs incurred for it to the original owner.
In case of violation of its rights, the Customer may report to the Consumer Protection Commission electronically or in person at its regional centers.
